One of the few rock and metal festivals in sub-Saharan Africa, held in Maun, Botswana's gateway to the Okavango Delta. The festival showcases Botswana's surprisingly vibrant rock and metal scene alongside regional acts. It provides a dedicated space for Botswana’s rock and metal community, featuring a “dark ritual, sound and fury” aesthetic, with fans traveling in to experience a rare, fully live rock show.
The festival is the only event of its kind in the Ngami region and brings “music tourism” to Maun, adding a new cultural layer to a town better known for wildlife and safari tourism
